The artificer got its heart gem back and, prior to a long rest, discussed with the DM how they thought that they could bring the homunculus back immediately because the infusion was already known. The DM allowed it at the time and said they'd look into it. 1 - This would be up to the DM, but depending on the physical characteristics granted, there is no RAW reason it cannot activate a magical item. 2 - The Homunculus Servant does not have telepathic communication on it's stat block, as noted before this is a completely different creature than the one made using the spell.For the stats of Homunculus Servant, it doesn't mention anything about having Telepathic Bond.In which the Homunculus in MM does have Telepathic Bond.Should the Homunculus Servant have a form of a telepathic bond?
