Gramercy is my favorite New American restaurant in New York; we ate at the Tavern, not the tasting menu, but it is still a Michelin starred establishment. Our server Hailey was very professional, and the servers felt practically invisible for most of the service. It's a particular style of service which the tavern does very well.
