I've done most of the drops since Kelloggs and I've redeemed them 1, 2, 3, and 6 at a time. I think 1 at a time is best because the Pops don't rub up against each other like they do when you do more at once. They use those news carboard sorters that fit 1, 2, or 3 Pops. So doing 1 at a time gives the best protection.
